Spell check doesn't seem to work?

Hi all,

I'm new here so please forgive any stupid questions. I just installed
Bluegriffon as a replacement for Komposer and so far I am impressed,
it looks great.

My only problem so far is that if I invoke the spell check, the spell
check dialogue box comes up but it doesn't do anything, the misspelled
word and replace with boxes remain blank. What do I need to do to get
it to work?

Regards - David

I can speak for Windows only.
I don't remember the initial state of BlueGriffon after installation
but, in any case, if you select Tools > Preferences > General and then
check the box to 'Enable real-time spellchecking', from then on
misspelled words will be underlined in red. Just right-click and
select Spellcheck to make any changes needed.

Hi Charles,

Thanks for that. In fact the red highlighting was there already, but I
hadn't tried to right-click on the highlighted words. That actually
works better than spell-checking the whole document using the Edit-
Spellcheck function.
